Types of Delivery Options Available

1. Economy Delivery (Out of Town)
   • Nationwide to major city centers only.
   • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays start delivery the following business day.
   • Free delivery for orders exceeding R2500+.
2. Outlying Areas/Domestic Delivery
   • Delivery via a third-party courier service (Aramex or other).
   • Delivery time is subject to the processing period and may take up to 4-5 business days.
3. Local Delivery (Express Delivery within 5km)
   • Courier service within a 5km radius from Essenwood Practice.
   • Orders accepted between 9:30 am to 2 pm.
   • Orders placed on weekends start delivery the next business day.
   • Additional fees may apply for unsuccessful delivery not related to Dr. Vawda.
   • Weather conditions may affect same-day bike delivery.

4. Local Pick-up (Option to purchase and pay online, walk in-store, and collect)
   • Subject to stock availability.

Delivery Costs

• Economy (Major Centers Only): R110, 3-4 business days, orders placed on weekends/public holidays ship the next business day.
• Domestic Delivery/Outlying Areas: R200+ (may vary based on the area).
• Free Delivery (Economy): Free for orders exceeding R2500+ to major city centers.
• Local Delivery (Express Delivery within 5km): R65, orders accepted between 9:30 am - 2 pm.
